Gavin Patterson, Chief Executive of BT, told the World Mobile Congress that the growth of mass automation and robots is unstoppable, so we need to do more to equip our workers with new skills.
He talked about the need to ‘help people with life-long learning and to have the skills’.

IDEA is a collaborative partner of University of East London and offers a series of fast track masters courses designed for people who hold full membership of a professional institute. The programmes are taught by staff from IORMA and the University of East London and the degree will be awarded by University of East London.
IDEA is part of IORMA – The Global Consumer Commerce Centre.
