IORMA’s 2020 thought leadership roundtables explore how neuroscience can be harnessed to manage technology innovation, its impact on consumers, and the mandate for technology to create a better future – a world where digital social responsibility empowers what we do and how we do it

The world is going digital. It is moving faster than ever, hierarchical structures are falling and international communications are seamlessly networked. We are bombarded on a daily basis with new technologies and the world is rife with innovation – everywhere. Is that good or bad? The technology company thinks good, so does the company acquiring it, but what about the consumer who has to use it – not necessarily so.

The natural response to any disruptive change is fear, resistance and entrenchment, at every level of the organization and whatever the sector – business, education or public sector. Add different cultures, diffuse markets, and up and coming digitization can quickly turn into disaster.

Our 2020 series of IORMA Thought Leadership Round Tables pull together experts in neuroscience, AI, education, the public sector, business, futurism and transformational thinking, led by Sam Tatum, Behavioural Scientist at Ogilvy UK. We would very much like to invite you to become a member of our IORMA Thought Leadership Faculty.

Our first Round Table of the season will focus on the impact of Digital Disruption and Change. It will look at the challenges which the digital revolution brings, and discuss how transformational thinking, the role of the subconscious and multi-system response mechanisms impact successful change.
